We collect information provided directly through our Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA) request forms, commercial inquiry forms, and email communications, including vessel specifications (IMO, dimensions, flag), cargo details, and requester contact information.

2. Commercial Use of Information

All vessel and cargo details submitted are strictly utilized for port cost calculation, pilotage scheduling, stevedoring estimations, and formal regulatory compliance with port authorities (CPA, MPA, PPA, Customs). We do not monetize or sell commercial data to external third parties.

3. Security & Retention

Data is stored in secure, client-controlled infrastructure and retained only as long as necessary for regulatory maritime auditing and accounting reconciliation.
